Jhon Ortiz with the Meritorious Honor Award in Washington, D.C., September 5, 2019. Ortiz received the award for his actions in 2018 as part of the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center to relocate the U.S. Embassy Consulate in Basra, Iraq.
