Joint Region Marianas Naval leadership, pay their respects at one of the worst WWII massacre sites on island in Mañenggon, Guam, July 7, 2019. American patrols liberated the Chamoru people in this camp on July 31, 1944. War survivors pour onto the site of this former concentration camp every year to tell stories of their experiences, memorialize the dead, and to pray that nothing so tragic would ever befall their island again.
