U.S. Navy personnel from the National Expeditionary Medical Facility units from Great Lakes, Bethesda, Dallas and Pendleton set up a mobile Combat Support Hospital Aug. 11, 2019 as part of the August Combat Support Tactical Exercise in Fort McCoy, Wis. Medical troops from across the United States, which included those from the Army and Marines, treated simulated casualties from throughout the exercise.
