A Soldier from 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, guides an M1A2 Abram Tank to the staging area as vehicles are offloaded from a vehicle transportation ship to deploy throughout Europe Oct. 11, 2019, at the Port of Vlissingen, Netherlands. 2nd ABCT is offloading the first of three shipments of military equipment to the port as they prepare to deploy approximately 3,500 Soldiers and several wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, Paladins, tanks and trailers throughout Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve demonstrating 2nd ABCT’s ability to quickly and decisively respond to crises.
