ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 10, 2019) The Royal Norwegian Navy Fridjof Nansen-class frigate HNoMS Thor Heyerdahl (F-314) transits the Gulf of Cadiz with NATO Allied forces as part of a photo exercise during Dynamic Mariner 2019. The NATO Maritime Command-led Dynamic Mariner/Flotex 19 (DYMR/FL19) is an exercise that tests NATO's Response Force Maritime Component and enhances the flexibility and interoperability amongst Allied nations.
