191010-N-UB406-0067 GULF OF CADIZ (Oct. 10, 2019) The Spanish navy landing platform dock ESPS Galicia (L-51) transits the Gulf of Cadiz as NATO Allied forces conduct a photo exercise during Dynamic Mariner 2019. The NATO Maritime Command-led Dynamic Mariner/Flotex 19 (DYMR/FL19) is an exercise that tests NATO's Response Force Maritime Component and enhances the flexibility and interoperability amongst Allied nations.
