YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 10, 2019) Harbor tugs, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) assist the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG-67) as it makes preparations for Super Typhoon Hagibis. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, 27,000 military and civilian personnel and families.
