YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 10, 2019) Harbor tugs, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) assist the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) as it makes preparations for Super Typhoon Hagibis. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, 27,000 military and civilian personnel and families.
