Newly promoted Chief Warrant Officer 2 Robert Chaney, an engineer with the 411th Transportation Detachment, 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) receives the oath of office from Capt. Dino Delahoya onboard the U.S. Army vessel MG Charles P. Gross (LSV-5) at Kuwait Naval Base Oct. 9, 2019. The Soldiers of the 411th Transportation Detachment are stationed permanently in Kuwait and serve as the crew of the MG Charles P.
