Cadets with New Jersey Youth ChalleNGe Academy Class 50 are briefed on the Call For Fire simulator at the Observer Coach/Trainer Operations Group facility on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Oct. 7, 2019. Established by Congress in 1993, the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program is course designed to provide opportunities to adolescents who left school before earning a high school diploma but demonstrate a desire to improve their potential for successful and productive lives.
