In on ongoing effort to bring awareness to suicide prevention, the Space and Missile Systems Center held a continuation of the Resilience Tactical Pause where Renita Duncan, 61st Air Base Group, LAAFB, Violence Prevention Integrator started today’s program by bringing guest speakers, Traute Winters Area Director, American Foundation for suicide prevention and Ken Gesch, volunteer outreach coordinator. The speakers highlighted the importance of talking to fellow Airmen, and being more connected and open to breaking barriers and stigmas attached to seeking help
