191002-N-GG858-1015 OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 2, 2019) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Ray Daniels constructs a frame for the marshmallow challenge during the Okinawa Bi-lateral NCO Leadership Course held on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The course was hosted by Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO). Students attending were Sailors from the Okinawa area and members of the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. The training was designed to increase understanding of pertinent leadership topics and to promote an exchange of ideas in order to enhance interoperability, mutual understanding and friendship. CFAO supports the full spectrum of Navy operations on Okinawa, and its major tenant commands are Commander Task Force 76, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Patrol and Reconnaissance Force 7th Fleet.
