Airmen assigned to the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal flight at Ali Al Salem Air Base, swing spin igniter, fuse and blasting cap assemblies before a rapid airfield damage repair exercise at Udari Range, Kuwait, Sept. 25, 2019.
