U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Cesar Mojica, a doctor assigned to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), examines an infection on a man’s neck at a temporary medical treatment site in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis, Oct. 5, 2019.
