An Iraq Security Forces (ISF), instructor with School of Infantry Noncommissioned Officer II (SINCO II), adjusts front sites during M16 marksmanship range, on the Taji Military Complex, Iraq, Sept. 24, 2019. Iraqi Army instructors from SINCO II conducted a M16 marksmanship live fire range and have increasingly taken the lead with training in recent months as the school moves forward with full operating capability in late 2019.
