Alfred Brinkley during a Change of Command Ceremony held here at Forward Operating Base Pasab, Afghanistan, May 1. The ceremony is held as the outgoing commander passes the colors of the unit off to the new commander signifying that he relinquishes command and the incoming commander assumes those duties.
