Attendees of U.S. Army Central’s community leader orientation receive a brief history tour of 3rd Army by Mr. Michael Clauss, USARCENT historian, at the command’s headquarters, Patton Hall, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 2, 2019.
