Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 1627 begins hauling in the messenger line from dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) to begin a towing exercise. Harpers Ferry is underway in support of Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT) 2007. SEACAT is a weeklong naval exercise between the U.S. and six Southeast Asia nations that allows participating nations to apply maritime security tactics in dynamic threat situations.
