U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Thomas Riley, deputy current operations officer, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), provides a command brief during a tour of MCBH, Oct. 3, 2019. The tour was provided to afford Congressional staffers of U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono's (D-HI) an opportunity to complete a survey of DoD and DoN equities that operate in and around Hawaii.
