Australian Army soldier, Corporal Ashlee Liversedge, deployed with Task Group Taji 9, ends basic combat life saver training by conducting a tourniquet application competition, on the Taji Military Complex, Iraq, Aug. 28, 2019. Basic combat life saver training consisted of a variety of realistic scenarios and covered topics including basic CPR, tourniquet application, and tactical care under fire. Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve will continue to support our Iraqi Security Force partners as these increasingly capable forces lead the way in pursuit of the lasting defeat of Daesh.
