Zafar 2, the joint operation between Afghan security forces and ISAF forces is coming to its end in Farah province. It was focused in Khak-e-Safayd district, from the May 3 to the May 12. Farah province is in the south area of responsibility of the Regional Command West, led by the "Garibaldi" Brigade.
