Brig. Gen. Howard C. Geck, commanding general, 103rd Sustainment Command, presents a certificate to Capt. Emad Mohammad Ibrahim Malkawi, Jordanian Armed Forces, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait Sept. 29, 2019 for completing a four-day deployment readiness exchange.
