Brig. Gen. Howard C. Geck, commanding general, 103rd Sustainment Command, presents a certificate to Maj. Munaif Almetlaa, Kuwaiti Land Forces, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait Sept. 29, 2019 for completing a four-day deployment readiness exchange.
