Eisenhower (CVN 69), guided-missile cruisers USS San Jacinto (CG 56) and USS Vella Gulf (CG 72), guided-missile destroyers USS Stout (DDG 55), USS Truxtun (DDG 103) and USS James E. Williams (DDG 95), Royal Navy Daring-class air-defense destroyer HMS Dragon (D35), and Royal Netherlands Navy De Seven Provinciën-class frigate HNLMS De Ruyter (F804) transit the Atlantic Ocean with aircraft from Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 during a photo exercise to conclude Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) and Final Evaluation Problem (FEP) as part of the basic phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan.
