AQABA, JORDAN (Sept. 26, 2019 Lt. Col. Hisham Al-Jarrah, with the 77th Royal Jordanian Marine Battalion presents a plaque to Col. Fadel Ahmed, with the Kuwait National Guard, at the conclusion of the Middle East Amphibious Commanders Symposium 2019. Throughout MEACS, key Leaders from numerous countries gathered together to discuss topics ranging from Bilateral/Multilateral amphibious operations to Crisis-Response Readiness. MEACS, is the exclusive forum for regional cooperation amongst Marine and Naval Infantry forces that focuses on improving the alignment of mission sets to regional threats.
