AQABA, JORDAN (Sept. 26, 2019) Lt. Gen. Carl E. Mundy III, the commander of Marine Corps Forces Central Command, presents Lt. Col. Hisham Al-Jarrah, with the 77th Royal Jordanian Marine Battalion, a plaque at the conclusion of the Middle East Amphibious Commanders Symposium 2019. Throughout MEACS, key Leaders from numerous countries gathered together to discuss topics ranging from Bilateral/Multilateral amphibious operations to Crisis-Response Readiness. MEACS, is the exclusive forum for regional cooperation amongst Marine and Naval Infantry forces that focuses on improving the alignment of mission sets to regional threats.
