Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Brett Windish, assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), stands at attention inside of a C-17 Globemaster III during a repatriation ceremony in Tarawa, Republic of Kiribati, Sept. 28, 2019.
