A U.S. Army AH-64D Apache helicopter assigned to 1st Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade fires on hostile targets during a combined joint training exercise with 2nd Battalion, 319th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team and 1st Squadron, 73rd Calvary Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team from Sept. 9 to 28, 2019, on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The joint arms live-fire exercise integrated aerial mission command, air assaults with ground maneuvers, artillery attacks, movements to contact, tactical tasks, Army attack aviation calls for fire, air movements, and casualty evacuations.
