CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – Service members, emergency responders and base contractors assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti take part in an base-wide antiterrorism training team exercise to test CLDJ's security department, incident management team and emergency service’s response to a Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) on base, Sept. 24, 2019.
