Reducing driving under the influence is a priority for 3rd Marine Division. In order to combat drinking and driving III Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Corps Installation Pacific have instituted a variety of preventative programs including the “Not One Drop" campaign, outbound gate sobriety checks, and “Liberty Buddy” requirements for Marines.
