Capt. Henry Harpen, a project manager with the Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, and Mark Mistretta, the regional director for NYS Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation, show where the erosion on the seawall is occuring at Old Fort Niagara in Youngstown, NY, on Sept. 20.
Under the Continuing Authority Program Section 14, Emergency Streambank and Shoreline Protection, alternatives will be looked at to protect Old Fort Niagara from Lake Ontario wave action.
