Members of the 1-303rd Cavalry Squadron receive tactical combat casualty care instruction at a course provided by the Washington State Counterdrug Program. The focus is on the primary interventions provided for the leading causes of preventable death. Utilizing a mix of classroom presentation and hands-on skills practice, attendees will be exposed to a unique training environment which will enable them to provide basic life-sustaining treatments in a hostile environment.
