U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Christopher Sills, a mobility officer with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force- WASP, gives a tour of the USS Wasp (LHD ) to Brazilian Marine officers aboard the USS Wasp, Naval Base San Diego, September 23, 2019. Marines and Sailors embarked on the USS Wasp as part of SPMAGTF-WASP to deploy to the Southern Command area of responsibility. Working together with our partner nation’s militaries allows us to increase our combined readiness and create a unified effort to respond to natural disasters in the future.
