An Italian Special Operations Forces member calls for an aerial medical evacuation while casualties are treated and stabilized during the Advanced Casualty Sustainment Care course held at the International Special Training Centre in Pfullendorf, Germany, July 16, 2019. The three-week course included students from Belgium, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Romania and U.S. is designed to provide students the foundation in tactical combat casualty care training to provide immediate medical care to a casualty in the very critical initial moments of injury.
