A member of Italian Special Operations Forces speaks with Special Operations instructors from Italy and the Netherlands while establishing a field clinic to treat and stabilize battlefield casualties during the Advanced Casualty Sustainment Care course held at the International Special Training Centre in Pfullendorf, Germany, July 16, 2019.
