U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Roberto Garza, a life support investigator attached to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), backfills completed units during recovery operations in East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea, Aug. 28, 2019. The recovery team visited the area in hopes of recovering a missing pilot whose aircraft went down during WWll.
