PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 18, 2019) – Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Christopher Henson, attached to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5, operates a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) during Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participate in AECE 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
