PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 18, 2019) – Landing craft air cushion (LCAC) 64, attached to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5, pulls onto Adak Beach during Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participate in AECE 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
