Iraqi provincial security forces (PSF) recruits listen as they receive a presentation on basic first aid on Aug. 6 in Al Fallujah, Iraq. PSF are trained by U.S. Marines of 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment to serve their communities as the "neighborhood watch" as part of the new programs coalition forces are developing to provide national security forces.
