190919-N-YM543-014 YOKOSUKA, Japan (September 19, 2019) - Electrician's Mate 2nd Class Tyler Richards, from Alamo, Texas, and Electrician's Mate Fireman Aryel Forde, from Houston, attached to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), replace current transformers on an emergency diesel generator. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
