Barkef “Kory” Osigian, the company commander for Blackfoot Company, 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Regiment, U.S. Army Alaska, rallies his paratroopers at the conclusion of a platoon competition at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 17, 2019.
