VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 13, 2019) Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Chedrick Carnegia, from Reddick, Florida, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, receives his anchors during Ford’s Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
