VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 13, 2019) Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) Louis Mountain Jr., from Seat Pleasant, Maryland, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, receives his anchors from his wife and son during Ford’s Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
