Peacekeeping Operations-Americas 2012 participants assigned to the Naval Component review the Rules of Engagement for the exercise, May 3, 2012, Santiago, Chile. Peacekeeping Operations-Americas, is an annual multinational exercise designed to enhance regional dialogue among military forces from the Western Hemisphere, governmental, non-governmental agencies and inter-governmental organizations in order to implement and sustain United Nation Security Council peacekeeping standards, ensuring participants are better prepared to respond to future peacekeeping operational challenges.
