Iraqi children carry stuffed animals out of a field medical clinic developed by U.S. Army Soldiers in Yusafiyah, Iraq, Sept. 7. Soldiers attached to Bravo Troop, 1st Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, provided medical assistance, clothing and toys to over 300 Iraqi citizens in an area that was once controlled by al-Qaida operatives.
