WWII Veterans, Soldiers with the North Carolina National Guard, and people from the Limburg Provence of the Netherlands, participate in a ceremony in Mesch, Netherlands on Sept. 12, 2019, held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the beginning of the liberation the Netherlands by the 30th.
