Combat Medics with 1st Battalion 35th Armored Regiment and 47th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division conduct hot and cold casualty training at Biggs Airfield, Fort Bliss, Texas Sep. 12. The training was to familiarize the Soldiers with proper steps to safely load and unload casualties onto military aircrafts. The training was provided by flight medics with the 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Infantry Division out of Fort Carson, Colorado. (U.S. Army photos by Sgt.
