ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Sept. 11, 2019) The U.S. Naval Academy hosts a remembrance ceremony to honor the lives lost on 9/11. Midshipmen formed two columns and rendered honors as the U.S. flag was carried down the middle and up the stairs of Tecumseh Court. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
