A Connecticut Air National Guard C-130 Hercules, deployed to the 779th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, stands by on the ramp, prior to conducting a leaflet drop operation in Iraq, at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Sept. 10, 2019.
