Kelley T. Jones, the commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile USS Donald Cook (DDG 75), on the ship before a reception in commemoration of Operation Dragoon, Aug. 15, 2019. Donald Cook is in port to participate in the commemoration 75th Anniversary of Operation Dragoon, the operation which led to the liberation of Southern France by Allied Forces.
